Laura Heartwood

Hello! My name is Laura Heartwood, and I’m based in Seattle, Washington. I believe the most memorable journeys are the ones that leave you with a sense of wonder.

I grew up in Central Florida, where Disney magic was part of my childhood and the excitement of dreaming about the next adventure was always close by. That sense of wonder has stayed with me - from racing in runDisney events to traveling with Adventures by Disney and exploring unforgettable destinations like Italy and the Galápagos.

When I’m at Disney, you’ll often find me photographing the animals around the property, especially the ducks, and seeking out new plant-based food options. When I’m not at Disney, you’ll most likely find me hiking or running on a trail and figuring out when I can get back to Disney.

I believe travel should feel exciting long before you ever leave home, rather than overwhelming. I love taking the many details that go into a vacation and turning them into a thoughtfully planned journey that feels effortless, personal, and full of possibilities. My goal is to take the stress out of planning so you can spend less time researching, comparing, and worrying about the details, and more time looking forward to the experiences ahead.
