Goofy’s Kitchen at the Disneyland Hotel
Goofy’s Kitchen, located at the Disneyland Hotel, offers both a character breakfast and a character dinner experience. Guests can enjoy a lively buffet meal while meeting Goofy and other Disney characters in a casual, family-friendly setting.
Breakfast is served daily between 7:00 AM and 1:30 PM and is priced at $59.99 for adults and $35.00 for children ages 3–12. Dinner is offered from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the same pricing. These rates are subject to change, especially during seasonal dining events such as “Springtime with Goofy and Friends,” Halloween Time, or Christmas.
When you arrive, the experience begins with a themed photo opportunity featuring Goofy in his “kitchen.” Guests with a Lightning Lane Multi Pass or Magic Key have access to PhotoPass downloads as part of their benefits. For those without a Lightning Lane Multi Pass, photo package policies may vary, so it’s best to confirm at the time of dining.
The breakfast buffet features classic morning staples, including scrambled eggs, bacon, Mickey waffles, muffins, yogurt, cereal, and more. Dinner provides a much wider selection, often including a meat carving station, ribs, mashed potatoes, soups, tacos, macaroni and cheese, pizza (with Goofy’s signature peanut butter pizza being a guest favorite), chicken nuggets, and other kid-friendly options. A fruit bar, dessert station, and serve-yourself soft-serve ice cream area round out the meal. Character interactions are a highlight at both breakfast and dinner, with plenty of opportunities for photos and fun moments throughout the dining experience.
For those planning to visit at dinnertime, making a reservation at the first seating of the evening is often the best way to enjoy the freshest food and a less crowded atmosphere. Guests should also allow at least 30 minutes to travel from the theme parks to the Disneyland Hotel. The route requires exiting the parks, walking through the Esplanade, passing through Downtown Disney, and continuing onto hotel property. After dining, guests must re-enter through Downtown Disney security screenings. Stroller parking is available directly in front of the restaurant, which is helpful for families traveling with young children.
Goofy’s Kitchen is a popular choice for guests staying at the Disneyland Hotel, but it can also work well as an arrival-day activity for those without park tickets who still want to enjoy Disney dining and character entertainment before starting their vacation inside the parks.
