Book Dining Reservations
If you have multiple days you need dining reservations for no worries, you can book ALL your dining for your whole trip 60 days before your FIRST day of your stay.
Dining reservations typically open at 6AM Eastern Time, 60 days ahead on the calendar. Occasionally more unique or seasonal dining offerings don’t “drop” right on time, so if you don’t see any reservation times for a restaurant you want, check back later.
While we don’t have a current guide on WDW dining, this information from Disneyland is very similar and can be helpful teaching you how to book dining and how to mobile order. Click here to read more.
Book Magical Extras
Plan to schedule your special experiences.
Along with dining reservations, you can also schedule magical extras. In park experiences such as Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, Main Street Barber Shop, as well as Droid and Light Saber Building.
We suggest morning (9:00-10:00-ish) slots for Bibbidi Bobbidi so you can get some rope drop rides done, but then have all day to enjoy your little one’s dress up day.
For more information on these magical extras, read more about them here.
There are extra experiences throughout the resort you can book separately as well, such as mini golf, fishing excursions, private safari tours, firework cruises, and more! You can read about and book these options on the WDW website here.
Your final Payment is coming up
Final payments are due 30 days before travel.
Final Payment for your vacation is due 30 days before the first day of travel. If you need to make a final payment, please plan accordingly. If you’d like to make a payment now, click here to request a payment submission.
If you need to make any adjustments to the tickets in your package (ie adding park hoppers, adding park days) please reach out to us and we can make those adjustments before your final payment.
WDW does not require park reservations anymore. However, there are a few ticket types that DO need reservations. If you booked your tickets under a special offer NOT with us such as sport/convention tickets, military salute tickets, some annual passes, Florida Resident Discover Disney tickets, please double check to make sure you do not need a reservation for your ticket type.
Packing for Disney
If you’d like a rundown of what we take into the park each day, here is a list of all the things we consider “must-haves” and where to to get them.
Read our packing list here.
What do you need to take?
Stroller and Scooter rentals
If you need rentals, now is the time to book these.
We suggest a stroller for any child under the age of 8. (Or older, if they can fit!) Walking in Walt Disney World is no joke and even if your child hasn’t been in a stroller in years, having a place to let their feet rest from is very needed, especially after multiple days in the park.
Similarly, motorized scooters are also very valuable for anyone with mobility issues, back or knee pain, or those who could use a rest from walking around the park. Scooters must be operated by someone 18 or older, if someone under that age has mobility issues you may need to push a wheelchair or use a knee scooter instead.
There are lot of places to reserve a stroller or scooter in advance and have them meet you at your hotel. If you would like recommendations, ask us and we can point you in the direction of a few brands.
Water Park Benefit for travel in 2025
Plan ahead if you’d like a FREE waterpark day.
Anyone staying at an on property resort in 2025 gets free access to one of Walt Disney World’s Water parks on your arrival day! If you want to take advantage of this benefit, plan your flight to arrive earlier in the day so you can have time to go to these parks. These water parks are typically only open until about 6PM so be sure to arrive well before then.
From May 21-September 7, BOTH water parks will be available every day for this amazing benefit so you can pick your favorite between Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon.
